Project: Coaching for professional orientation
One of our customers needed support in drawing up a plan for his further professional development. Dissatisfaction at work and a desire for change were the reasons for his decision for a coaching. His goal was to develop a clear picture of what his personal professional future should look like.
After analyzing the professional as well as personal needs we were able to limit the options to three possible scenarios. Role-plays made the scenarios come alive and more realistic. This method summarized our clients‘ alternatives for action and gave him a specific picture of his professional orientation to base his decision on.
