We supported the expansion of our customers’ existing decentralized organisation to be able to implement further compliance requirements. We used the procedure model CHANGE°Circles to analyse the current as-is situation. A part of this analysis referred to the determination of the employee satisfaction as well as their suggestions for improvements by means of a questionnaire. On this basis, new processes were developed in a workshop with those involved and implemented in stages.
Our main task was supporting the core team in structuring the change process, creating the analysis, facilitating the process workshops as well as planning and implementing the change management measures. We passed on essential knowledge of how to structure and implement change processes to the core team all throughout the project which means that a lot of the tasks can be carried our without support in the future.
