Transformation strategy and
set-up of a transformation team

A transformation also always leads to ambitious goals which often can only be achieved through a complete rethinking of the current way of working.
The goal of transformation is a motivator for the necessity to find new ways and new orientations. The transformation strategy helps to set the right priorities and to pilot unknown topics. It is the basis for finding effective solution approaches, and to roll them out successfully.

The transformation team is the driver unit for the change. Based on the transformation strategy it sets-up pilots to validate better ways in praxis.

Agile software development

To achieve quick success using agile software development, we support you with experienced software developers or an entire development team. The self-organization of the development teams and the responsibility of each team member will be learned and internalized watching experienced team members.

Agile project management

We support you as interim Scrum Master to carry out your projects. During the your project cycle we train one or more of your employees to take over the role of the Scrum Master piece-by-piece in the future themselves. Thus, our role during the course of the project is changing from an interim to a mentoring and finally to a coaching role.

Training your own expertise through Scrum trainings and certifications

There is a need for new skills and fundamental knowledge building to actively and maturely shape your organizational change.
Key is the education and development of suitable internal employees through training and coaching.
For your implementations, our scrum trainings offer you a solid base, which we offer you with our Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coaches (CEC). Starting with the training for the CSM – Certified Scrum Master followed by the CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner, etc..

Continuous coaching

Based on our initial support, your organization will independently drive the changes.
In addition, punctual support from our side has been proven to give further impulses and incentives for your future changes. For example, an additional assessment after 6-12 months makes sense to evaluate the progress and possible change of direction.
