Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) training

Our CSM-training: “Learning what is hard to learn from books”

Scrum is a framework which is derived from practical experiences to enable us to master the most important challenges (increased complexity of products/projects, ambitious delivery targets etc.) in product development. Scrum is a frame and it needs to be filled, based on existing circumstances and ambitions of the project/environment. There is no single receipt for this venture, but you will be pointed towards some strategies to do so. The full potential of the framework grounds on continuous adaptation and optimization based on the build in feedback loops. You will not only learn about the Scrum framework and about the ScrumMaster role – what is essential, of course. Above that, you will really grasp the underlying principles which will enable you to see how Scrum could fit into your environment. The course is meant for people for whom Scrum is a relatively new topic or if you are interested to deepen your first practical Scrum Skills.

The focus of the two-day training is on linking the underlying intentions of Scrum with first hands-on training experiences. You will be guided through a training simulation so that you will not just hear about Scrum but start to feel and experience it for yourself, to get a deeper understanding and to give you the opportunity to ask deeper questions. – Thus, you will improve your ability to use Scrum!
