In order to face the challenges of the progressively stronger competition and increasing customer requirements our customer´s organisation needed to be realigned and reorganized. Besides the realization of a matrix organization the organizational restructuring was focused on a need-based and goal-oriented process landscape as well as on its accepted implementation.
For the purpose of our holistic change approach corporate culture and strategy were important cornerstones of the reorganization. Project support contents reached from the communication of new corporate structures over the realignment of business processes to the successful implementation of the entire corporate change by an appropriate change management. We supported the project management extensively in planning, realization and safeguarding whereby we have succeeded not only in implementing the reorganization and the structural key subject ‘processes’ but above all in anchoring them in the routine in the long term.
