Project: Corporate culture analysis
Customer: Medium-sized real estate company

The corporate culture of our client should be analyzed to identify any problems within the organization and to specifically work on them. After a cultural analysis with the Denison model across the enterprise and its 700 employees the results were initially discussed with the company’s management and divisional management. A detailed discussion followed with all regional managers developing further steps.

In this project the so-called bottom-up approach was used. This means the work started on team level and moved on up to management level. Based on the team results, we executed workshops across the company to consolidate the results with the top management level.

The employees welcomed the workshop procedure due to the goal-oriented work on improvements based on the Denison results. Thus, success factors and measures for meaningful changes within the corporate culture and the subcultures of the company could be developed and anchored.
