A new site in India was to be opened for our customer to reinforce their product development. Our main task was to support the project manager with the project planning as well as the set-up of the new site in India. The core processes and organisation at the new site were designed in coordination with the corporate management. Our customer’s employees of all hierarchical levels in Germany as well as on site in India were involved in several workshops to develop the future organisation.
The cultural differences were as fascinating and challenging for us as was the facilitation of workshops with participants on different continents. The personal development of the project manager through targeted coaching and mentoring was a further sustainable tasks of ours enabling him to manage this kind of project by himself in the future.
